FLAN FEST at the Ybor Saturday Market on Saturday, February 28th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, at 7th Avenue and Centennial Park. The Ybor City Saturday Market will host FLAN FEST, an annual event promoting flan baking with a flan tasting contest. This event takes place with the Ybor City Saturday Market and coordinates with Fiesta Day activities in the park.
